How to get a personal trainer for only $10 per week and see long-
lasting results faster than you could ever have dreamed!

The 6 Week Evaluation plan offers a "shepherding" approach to
personal training, perfect for someone who is self-motivate or for
whom weekly training is just not financially feasible  but still wants
the guidance and  support of a trainer and would like to be sure
their plan adjusts to increases in strength and  fitness as they
LOSE inches and GAIN muscle!

How it works:
New clients complete a diet and  fitness habits intake packet – a
self study of how and what they eat, stress triggers, patterns, to
help us point out and strategize for obstacles.  Upon completion,
we meet for the initial intake assessment – the same assessment
weekly clients get every 6 weeks.  We measure back, leg, shoulder
and trunk flexibility, arm, leg, waist and hip circumferences, body
fat vs. muscle, upper body strength, respiratory recovery and
metabolic rate.  

Clients then receive a printout of  findings with recommendations,
a detailed daily calorie requirement readout for exercise &non-
exercise days and a diet and exercise plan to follow based
specifically on YOUR findings.

I regularly send articles and support materials to help you stay on
track when you are working out and eating well on your own.  You
can call or email me with questions or concerns any time – I am
here to support you – so you can still lean on me even if you are
doing the work solo.

We then meet every 6 weeks (just as I do with weekly clients) to
measure results, track progress and create a new plan based on
you body changes.  So as you get thinner, stronger, faster,
healthier, you get a new eating plan, a new exercise pans, new
challenges to keep you from hitting plateaus AND to train your
body to be fit for life.
