Rocking music, high low optional, mini free weight sculpting and ballerina style leg sculpting
combine for the ultimate dancer's workout with steps to build strong legs and butts.

ROCK YOUR BODY
Tuesday/Thursday 9:30am

Be one buff ballerina with a combo cardio dance and ballet tone workout that spices up your
workout.  Blending moves and movement from salsa, hip hop, ballet and modern dance, we will
burn calories in perpetual motion in this fun, all-level class.  Muscle specific intervals using
small weight s or no weights (your choice) will develop sleek, sculpted arms, legs, thighs and
bottoms to give you that long, strong, ballerina body.

CARDIO KICKBOXING INTERVAL
Monday, Wed 6:15pm & Saturdays at 9:15am

All level martial arts cardio work out focusing on powerful punches and kicks in solid form
generating from the powerhouse (CORE) muscles.  Alternating free weights exercises build
powerful arms, legs, backs and butts while jacking up your metabolism to burn more calories in
the studio and out!  Feel the power, purge your soul, and increase your balance and flexibility
and shape up your quickly and safely.

CORE ON THE FLOOR
Tuesday & Thursday at 5pm

Pilates and yoga based floor workout targeting abdominal muscles, glutes, inner and outer
thighs and backs.  Gentle enough for all levels, powerful enough for results - learn how to
incorporate neutral spine, percussion breathing, rhythmic limbering and flow to lengthen and
strengthen from finger tips to toes for a stronger, more sculpted body with an emphasis on the
female trouble areas.

BELLY DANCE
Wednesday 5:15pm
Saturdays 10:15am
1 Hour
Open to all levels under the instruction of the amazing Mahsati of Sisters in Dance, a seasoned
dancer and an accomplished performer, as well as a true fitness instructor.  Learn the sultry art
of belly dance with the benefits of incorporated muscle toning isometrics and ballet stretching
and strengthening to have fun, feel gorgeous and build a more beautiful body.  
*You DO NOT have to bare your belly to participate.

Four week workshop packages available - $60 for 4 weeks at session start.  
$48 Early Bird specials 2 weeks prior to next session.
